Mud Men Rules

The Mud Men of Frontier of feared even by the Saurons as they cake themselves in highly toxic mud.

Non Legendary Characters

If anyone gets close to a Mud Man (melee combat distance or closer) they suffer the following effects within two minutes. They lose their highest levels of Fortitude, Potency and Tenacity. If the character has no level in Fortitude they gain the disadvantage Frail (This means they only have 1 point of body per location) and if the character is already frail they may die.

This loss happens again if the character comes into contact with another Mud Man after a period of five minutes or longer.

No level of Vigour protects the character.

Legendary Characters

Note the player needs not to be hit by the Mud Man for the poison to take effect.

No level of Vigour protects the character.

Rumours abound of a new Bloodline race being discovered in the Southern mountains of Frontier, they call themselves The Gynomes

Several archaeological digs have been discovered in Frontier and the race is on the excavate them. Frontier has become awash with treasure hunters, who if discover any of these important historical digs will no doubt damage them beyond hope.

Faerie Hive Mind is still reeling from the attack at the last event - the source of which is rumoured to be from Salem. Who or what was behind it?

Pirates, Freebooters and Buccaneers are rumoured to be searching for THE Legendary Wytch Compass an ancient artefact predating the shattering. It is said that no treasure is hidden from the Wytch Compass.

Von Dumas has been a virtual recluse in his fortified City State of Latveria, and one can only guess what he has been planning perched high on his iron throne.

Yogyakarta – Frontier City

Since the union of the New World the city port of Yogyakarta has flourished, much to the detriment of the local tribes…

Yogyakarta is a large town/small city which although on Frontier soil, is built close to the Uncharted Territories which lie beyond Frontiers southern borders.

Yogyakarta is a bustling city with perhaps the fastest growth anywhere amongst the New World.

Yogyakarta is divided between wealthy Hightown and impoverished, crime-ridden Lowtown. This serves to represent the extreme social inequality in Yogyakarta, described as "A place for the very rich and the very poor".

Yogyakarta was once a haven for pirates, and that tradition is somewhat continued today with its lawless quality; Yogyakarta does not allow other nations to extradite criminals.

If Frontier is the most savage land in the New World then Yogyakarta is most definitely the most lawless city in the New World.

The Island of Zamboanga

It is said that a week’s sail from Yogyakarta lies the Island of Zamboanga. Although no sailor has returned from this mysterious Island, Zamboanga is said to be well hidden and protected by sea mists and treacherous reefs.
